Accounts Payable Association AP & P2P Leadership Forum 2025

We're excited to be attending the APA's leadership forum on the 21st of May in Birmingham! 

In addition to catching up with AP/P2P leaders over dinner the night before and sharing industry insights, we'll be hosting a panel: “Leading teams through change: Advocating the AI story”. 

Our VP of Product Chris Nicol and Petra Goettlich, Deputy Head of Accounts Payable at ELFS Business Services, will be joining others at panel one (10:15 am) to discuss how P2P teams can make the most of new AI technology, prove value to stakeholders, drive team adoption and more. 

 

 

  • Petra Goettlich, Deputy Head Accounts Payable @ ELFS Business Services

    Petra has a strong background in Accounts Payable with over a decade experience at management level. Petra manages the team responsible for supplier relationships with ELFS Business Services who liaise with over 55,000 active suppliers across 18 NHS organisations. Technology plays a part in all areas of the business and supplier liaison is no exception with an award winning portal developed to provide up to date invoice information for all suppliers to access at their convenience. She's recently become an APA Top 100 Key Influencer for 2025.

  • Chris Nicol, VP of Product @ Xelix

    Chris is the VP of Product at Xelix, with a 20-year industry tenure.
