Xelix named Accounts Payable 'Solution Partner of the Year'

Team Xelix is delighted to have collected the ‘Solution Partner of the Year’ award at the 2023 Accounts Payable Association Conference and Awards Ceremony last month (Oct 2023).
Award category finalists included over twenty outstanding Accounts Payable solution providers, making this recognition all the more significant for Xelix.
The winner was determined through a rigorous process that involved customer nominations and careful evaluation by a panel of industry judges.

We have support via Teams chat, telephone or email and their response times are within 24hrs. The solution they provide is just the start; they listen to their customers and actively hear them. They act on suggestions of improvements and offer solutions. During our recent system compromise, they were there to offer their support, which is something no other system provider has offered.”

“Xelix has supported us identify a considerable amount of duplicates thus decreasing the risks to our company significantly but also helping us strengthen our supplier trust in our processes. Also, the reconciliation tool is great, allowing us to target escalations much faster than using other solutions.”

“Xelix are continuously developing and tweaking the product in response to customer feedback. Also, they work hard at developing existing and new elements of their platform all with one aim, to help further safeguard the AP community against fraud and better manage their vendor master data.”

“We have just rolled out one of the Xelix solutions internally, they have to be one of the best suppliers I have ever worked with. Nothing is too much trouble, they're flexible in their approach and very accommodating to change.”

“I've worked with multiple delivery partners during my career, but Xelix stands out as one of the best. Having technical build documents readily available for use from day one, project plans templated making it easy to understand what’s needed from us are some of the reasons a Xelix roll out is so straight forward.
In addition, the team themselves are fantastic to work with, the end product of the roll out is a really user friendly tool that delivers lots of value to the operation.”
