Who will be there?

  • Natalie Haubach, Procure to Pay Manager @ UPMC

    Natalie Haubach is a manager of Procure to Pay at UPMC. In her role, she focuses on invoice management and driving process improvements in Accounts Payable. Overseeing 11 individuals who process over 1.6M invoices annually, Natalie is the business process owner for UPMC's AP Automation partners - Xelix, GHX ePay, and UPMC's Non-PO payment tool. 

    She began her professional career at UPMC as a summer intern and has held numerous roles in her 7 years of UPMC Supply Chain experience. A Penn State graduate, Natalie earned a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain & Information Systems.

  • Max Whyte, Director @ Xelix

    Max joined Xelix 8 years ago as one of the first employees. Along with Co-founders Paul Roiter and Phil Watts, Max played a key role in establishing the business and took responsibility for the commercial function. He now owns Xelix's Health system customer portfolio, helping leaders in Healthcare leverage AI to mitigate risk and drive AP process efficiency. This year, Max is relocating to the United States to support the ongoing expansion of Xelix's US footprint, including the roll out of Xelix to many more health systems.
  • Paul Roiter, CEO & Co-founder @ Xelix

    Paul started Xelix in 2018 with the vision to use the latest technology to rethink core AP processes. Paul previously co-founded Dingo (a face value ticket exchange), Invoicely (a dynamic discounting platform) and AbraTax (a digital VAT filing app). Paul started his career working in sales for Mars Inc and in finance for several VC houses and completed an MBA at the University of Oxford in 2014.
